The patches below upgrade www/opera6 to Opera 6.03 and fix the panix.com
download location.  The old one (ftp://opera.panix.com/) doesn't respond.  The
patched-in site (http://www.panix.com/) matches the download locations on the
opera.com website and is confirmed to work as of the date of this pr.
