>Description:
In "http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/misc", the text under header
"How do I get umlauts displayed" is not quite up-to-date with the
soon arriving 1.6 (as far as I understand).

>How-To-Repeat:
Read the provided URL on an 1.6 system and discover that you already
have locale stuff installed and "iso_8859_1" does not work.
>Fix:
The old text should perhaps be kept, with note that it applies to
older releases.

Add text that 1.6 contains locale files, and note that it does not
contain "iso_8859_1" (at least I didn't find it), but (for example)
"fi_FI.ISO8859_1".

Perhaps the header of the section should be changed to something more
generic than Umlauts?
