menu_sub() and menu_win() return NULL if set_menu_xxx() has not been

I don't have my book on hand to confirm this but I believe that even
if set_menu_xxx() have not been called menu_xxx() should return a
	pointer to the stdscr.

Create a menu, call menu_xxx() and you get NULL.
Can be worked around my explicitly calling set_menu_xxx() on stdscr.
