	htdocs/Documenation/mirrors.html has two paragraphs that read
	"(To be written)", namely "Retrieving a copy of the NetBSD ftp
	site" and "Syncing the NetBSD FTP site contents".  People who
	wish to setup and/or maintain a mirror require this information.

	Additionally, it would be useful to have detailed instructions on
	how to set up an anoncvs mirror on that website as well.

	Other useful information that we might want to include in this
	document would outline how to switch from one way of synching to
	another (say, from anoncvs to sup or vice versa).

	I would reckon that this might be somebody from admins@, since
	they would know the details better than other people.  Furthermore,
	this information would also be useful to have in localsrc/admin
	or some other appropriate location in plain text format.

	Please do not assign this PR to www@, since apparently none of us
	knows the exact details.  Once a plain text version is available,
	www@ will be happy to incorporate it into the website, of course.
