libmenu manpage describes scale_window function, visiting menu_win(3)
also calls it scale_window however the function doesn't exist though
the documented behavior would appear to be what scale_menu is supposed
to provide.
There is no mention of scale_menu in the libmenu manpage.

Attempt to use scale_window as documented in menus(3) and menu_win(3).

Change documentation to show name of function being scale_menu instead
of scale_window.
