systat vmstat interrupt info is not reading the evcnt structure.
>How-To-Repeat:
Run systat on a system that count interrupts using evcnt structures, and
note that no interrupt counters show up in systat.
>Fix:
The vmstat command is reading both the old interrupt counter list,
and the new evcnt structure. systat should do the same.
