The default settings cause /etc/dumpdates to be backed up daily and a
diff to be email as part of the "daily insecurity output".  This is rather
silly as this file is meant to change on any system where backups run
and only contributes to clutering this email therefore making it more
like to have it be ignored.
Install 1.6*, backup the system daily.
