So I suspect it has gone missing - should I resubmit it, or is there
some database problem?

(contents is newsyslog always compressing old files even when told not
to, and fix)

meta-issue: it wasn't entirely clear where to send reports of gnats
seeming not to be working right from looking at www.netbsd.org.
Perhaps a pointer on the bugs page would be in order.
