The system clock of a Dell Inspiron 8000 runs slow, it accumlates
several seconds of error every minute.
The same problem exists already with NetBSD1.5.2 and 1.5.3.
Running ntpd hides the problem by adjusting to the correct time
with an offset of 2 to 6 seconds.
