metamail is confusingly called "mm".
metamail pkgsrc is called metamail, but registered as a package as "mm".
I asked about this on tech-pkg and Perry M. noted that another
old program is called "mm" -- so maybe even more confusion.

Install mail/metamail from pkgsrc -- then look for metamail
with pkg_info.

-PKGNAME=       mm-2.7
+PKGNAME=       metamail-2.7

Looks like elm and exmh Makefiles will need to be told about this change.
