While trying to port NetBSD cat(1)'s -f option to FreeBSD, I reworded
the manual page description of -f.

Here's a patch with what I used in the FreeBSD version.  I'm not sure
if this is really important, since both `regular files' or `plain
files' are OK.  Just thought I'd drop a note.
