The patches to mpg123 for ARM (to make it a 32-bit fixpoint decoder)
cause glitching in quiet mp3s, because very quiet sounds are too small
to be calculated in the 32-bit system.

>How-To-Repeat:
Play a quiet mp3 on the ARM port of mpg123.  Classical music can be
particularily annoying.
>Fix:
I have written a patch to make mpg123 do its calculations in 64-bit
integers (for ARMv4 - StrongArm 110, etc).
