System: NetBSD ivik.autogear.net 1.5ZA NetBSD 1.5ZA (LABRADOR.MP) #1: Mon Mar 4 01:24:48 EST 2002 root@labrador.autogear.net:/usr/MP/sys/arch/i386/compile/LABRADOR.MP

>Description:

D-Link DWL-520 wireless (802.11) pci ethernet is correctly identified by the boot probe as "wi0 at pci0 dev 18 func 0: Intersil Prism2.5 Wireless Lan" but the attachment panics the kernel.
	The pertinent probe lines follow:
	pci_intr_map: bus 0 dev 18 func 0 pin 1; line 5
	pci_intr_map: no MP mapping found
	wi0: interrupting at irq 5
wi0: wi0: could not get mac address, attach failed; failed to attach controller
	panic: intr_disestablish: bogus irq
stopped in pid0 (swapper) at cpu_Debugger+0x4: leave
	db{0}>
A newer kernel, identical except for April 02 wi code and header files from cvsup displayed the same failure mode.
>How-To-Repeat:

	reboot without removing the DWL-520
>Fix:

	remove the DWL-520
