I have packaged Gopher, the current development tree based on the GPL'd
version of UMN gopher/gopherd. Our team has recently made its first public
release of this tree, gopher 3. I have made sure that Gopher 3 supports
NetBSD natively, so zero patches are required to build it for NetBSD.
This package is pkglint-clean.
Source tarball (extract underneath /usr/pkgsrc/net) is available at:
Pre-built i386 package is available at:
f7981e46623fcdb3ef8a395ae5cd8c6d gopher-netbsd-3.0.2.tar.gz (953 bytes)
ceb207236a79b1a4f4b011007cbe0ead gopher-3.0.2-NetBSD-1.5ZA.tgz (173436 bytes)
For the gopher-impaired (note: lynx is a good gopher browser), these files
are also available at http://quux.org/give-me-gopher/.
I have tested this package and it works for me.
