	to mean 'NetBSD 1.4' in /usr/share/tmac/tmac.doc-common.
	Time passed, we're NetBSD 1.5 and in the /usr/share/tmac/tmac.doc-common
	distributed with NetBSD 1.5 the declaration means 'NetBSD 1.5' of course
