After several months of uptime, the machine has developped some
misbehaviour which results in the following lines from the kernel:

vr0: receive error: unknown rx error

at which point the network is dead and can only be revived through
a reboot.
This appears to be some problems in the VIA-Rhine ethernet driver
and/or the hardware.
The machine is running 1.5/i386.  I currently don't have the resources
left to test a newer version of NetBSD on this machine, I will however
upgrade to 1.5.3 when it's available.
