The two-column macros I implemented in the distrib/notes for
common/donations don't work well enough for production use. This PR is a
placeholder to remind me [or some diversion nroff whiz] to fix them.

>How-To-Repeat:
	Just try turning on .Bc/.Ec (e.g. rev 1.20) in commmon/donations;
make sure to inspect all the different output formats, as sometimes lossage
is only visible in some of them.

	workaround: turn them off (done).
	Wait until a rainy nroff day and go debug them.
