After installing the qmail package, viewing its man pages is
inconvenient as they are not installed in a place listed in 
/etc/man.conf.

BTW, it's the same situation for the fastforward package, and may
be some others.
>How-To-Repeat:
1) Install the qmail package.
2) Type "man qmail".

>Fix:
A couple of possibilities:

1) Upon installation, mention that /etc/man.conf ought to be modified
   in some manner.  This option has the advantage that it could fix
   things for some other djb-related packages too.

2) Install the man pages in a location already listed in /etc/man.conf.
