mk.conf indicates MKNLS, but doesn't say what NLS is or how it can be
Read mk.conf(5) and wonder what NLS means, what you can use it for, and
how it is used ...
I am not sure which manual page should be modified to fully explain NLS.
Maybe a new manual page is needed -- please share feedback and ideas.
