NetBSD bishop 1.5.2 NetBSD 1.5.2 (GENERIC) #0: Tue Aug 21 23:28:02 CST 2001 oster@piggy.oster.net:/u3/mac68k/src/sys/arch/mac68k/compile/GENERIC mac68k

>Description:
This machine has 2 aliases on one interface (ae0)

I need one of the two aliases to have not tcp or udp ports open.
The machine have his root fs on a hard disk

the syslogd is started with the -s flag to prevent listening on the syslog port
but it's forwarding logs to another machine

when I start syslog, it binds an udp port on all aliases.

I think that it would be cool if we could specify in syslog.conf which alias (or interface to use) to bind this port

>How-To-Repeat:
configure syslogd in order to forward logs to another machine and start it
