	php4 has been released at 4.0.6. The tar file listed in fix updates
	the php package to 4.0.6. Please note that php4 and ap-php4 have
	been compiled and tested, while php4-pgsql has been compiled and
	is in process of being tested. I have no facilities with which
	to test any other php4-* packages, unfortunately.
