Trying to unlock xlock (from xlockmore) while xbattbar is running is 
difficult if not impossible.  Killing the xbattbar process allows 
unlocking to be performed, but this is less than desirable ;-)

While running X and xbattbar, lock the screen using xlock.
Now try unlocking by typing in an appropriate password.
