>Description:
"make includes" fails in gnu/lib/libstd++/config on CATS.

>How-To-Repeat:

# cd /usr/src/gnu/lib/libstdc++
# make includes
rootme=/usr/src/gnu/lib/libstdc++/config/obj.cats CC="cc" CXX="c++" \
CONFIG_NM="nm"  CPP="cc -E" CPPFLAGS="" LDPRE="" LDSUF="" /bin/sh
/usr/src/gnu/lib/libstdc++/config/../../../dist/libio/gen-params \
LIB_VERSION=2.9.0 >_C_config.h
install -r   -c  -o root -g wheel -m 444 _G_config.h  \
/usr/include/cats/_G_config.h
install: /usr/include/cats: No such file or directory
*** Error code 1

Stop.

>Fix:
Changing INCSDIR in stdlibc++/config/Makefile
from "/usr/include/${MACHINE}" to "/usr/include/machine"
fixes this problem, but I'm not sure if it is correct.
