On three different machines a kernel with 'fdc* at pnpbios?' will fail
to configure the floppy controller. All work fine with 'fdc0 at isa?'.

The three machines report:

fdc0 at pnpbios0 index 4 (PNP0700)
fdc0: unable to map CTL I/O space

fdc0 at pnpbios0 index 13 (PNP0700)
fdc0: unable to map CTL I/O space

fdc0 at pnpbios0 index 13 (PNP0700)
fdc0: unable to map CTL I/O space
