System: NetBSD hobbes 1.5X NetBSD 1.5X (HOBBES) #12: Sat Aug 18 02:26:16 MEST 2001 augustss@hobbes:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/HOBBES i386

The program that converts the MAKEDEV script into a man page
is written in some unknown language. It seem to want to invoke
something called `perl', but I don't seem to find that in the
	default NetBSD installation. :-)
There is also no Makefile target to make the man page.
	cd share/man/man8
	look around in bewilderment
Rewrite the program. Add Makefile target.
