DCC in EPIC4 almost always fails to work.
>How-To-Repeat:
Try to initiate a DCC connection with another IRC user.
>Fix:
I compiled EPIC4 1.0.1 from the original source, and DCC works fine.  The only
patches that the package apply seem to be IPv6 patches.  My guess is
that those patches break DCC support.
