I first submitted this pkg when cidr was at version 2.3. Between the
submission and the CVS "import" the author made a new version with the
same distfile name, and the same source top directory name so the pkg
build process and it's distinfo are OK but it has a incorrect version number.
Build and install the pkg, run cidr without args, see the version reported and
compare with the pkg's version.
the following trivial patch fix this:
