Doing a "make install" in x11/gdm overwrites the file
/usr/X11R6/etc/gdm/gnomerc unconditionally. I consider this file a site local
configuration file, I put similar stuff in there as in /etc/csh.login.

The pkg should not touch the file if it already exists and only install it
if it is missing.

cd /usr/pkgsrc/x11/gdm && make update
