	Under NetBSD a CD containing files of the form =NNNN=XXXXX.bz2
	does not work - an 'ls' will list the contents, and tcsh filename
	completion will pick them up, but any attempt to read the file, or
	to use wildcards to list if (eg 'ls *') fails with
	"No such file or directory"

	The CD works without joliet extension - mount_cd9660 -o nojoliet),
	and works without problem on MS Windows machines.

	Using Roxio easy CD creator 5 create a CD containing files of the form
	=NNNN=XXXXX.bz2, eg:
	f1-logs-2001.05-2of5/=0120=f1.ww41.2001.05.22-23.bz2
