The Zsh project has released a new version of zsh. Although this newest
version incoporates all of the features from the development version
(3.1.x and CVS versions), this is also a stable version. So this is both
for people who want new features and stabilities.

This version has changed so many points from the last stable release
(3.0.x) so administrators/users had better to make sure whether your old
config files work in the new version.

As for Pkgsrc, it may be better to have this as shells/zsh4 instead of
overriding old ones.
