A new version of csound has come out that fixes some bugs, for example
on some kinds of variables, csound <4.1x had impractical limits on
variable name length.

I've also added code to give csound a higher priority when passed the
--sched argument, instead of just ignoring it.

My patch is against the current pkgsrc/audio/csound/ and it can be
