>Description:
Card sometimes does not receive packets after boot. Often
a reboot will often get it working. Recently, I discovered
that running tcpdump will cause the card to quit working
when tcpdump stops. It starts again when tcpdump is run.

>How-To-Repeat:
Boot, run tcpdump, stop tcpdump, card not working.

>Fix:
	None known.
