System: NetBSD 1.5V NetBSD 1.5V (SETTINGSUN) #0: Sat Jun 2 19:36:28 MEST 2001 sparc64
Architecture: sparc64
Machine: sparc64

With a current ld.elf_so some binaries (rough guess: all the ones using
libtermcap) catch a bus error and dump core.

I have a working ld.elf_so build on May 24, some change in between must have
broken this.
Build a new ld.elf_so, install it and try to run "tset" on a sparc64.
