>Description:
skeyaudit is run by both /etc/daily and /etc/security

>How-To-Repeat:
	Read /etc/daily, /etc/security, /etc/defaults/daily.conf, and
	/etc/defaults/security.conf.

>Fix:
This has historically been done in the security script, which is
run by the daily script, so it probably makes sense to back out
the addition of this to the daily script.
