NetBSD rugrat.fake.flame.org 1.5 NetBSD 1.5 (GENERIC) #1: Sun Nov 19 21:42:11 MET 2000     fvdl@sushi:/work/trees/netbsd-1-5/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC i386
>Description:
On a clean install of 1.5 with a NetGear FA312 installed, sip0 is detected and configured, however these are the flags on the interface:

flags=fbff<UP,BROADCAST,DEBUG,LOOPBACK,POINTOPOINT,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,NOARP,PROMISC,ALLMULTI,SIMPLEX,LINK0,LINK1,LINK2,MULTICAST> mtu 1500

It shouldn't have POINTTOPOINT on it, nor (I believe) should it have LOOPBACK.
>How-To-Repeat:

boot 1.5 setup floppy with FA312 installed.
