NetBSD/sparc

>Description:
For its NetBSD-sparc target, the OpenSSL 'Configure' script
specifies the -mv8 flag for GCC. As this corresponds to
-mcpu=v8, it would seem to be unsuitable for a large number
	of machines running NetBSD/sparc.
