>Description:
pkg Makefiles contain a line supposedly identifying the maintainer of
the specific package. It is assumed that the e-mail address given,
(ie; "packages@netbsd.org") is the responsible party to whom package
questions, requests, or updates should be submitted to.

Apparently, this is not the case, and "send-pr" is supposed to be used
to make submissions to the appropriate "package maintainer".

The instructions in the Makefile do not make this clear. If "send-pr"
is the preferred/only acceptable means to submit questions, requests,
maintenance (suggestions) for a package, then the appropriate line
in the Makefile that identifies the "package maintainer" should be
	modified to reflect this.

>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:
Correct all package Makefiles to specify "send-pr" instead of
"packages@netbsd.org" where the "package maintainer" is listed.
