while testing a -current sparc64 sysinst install, i noticed that
nearly ever screen gets redraw several times before the next
screen is shown (eg, after a selection is made). this tends to
being quite slow on serial consoles, and looks really bad.
install with sysinst on a ultra1 connected to a serial console.
