>Description:
I've got a pretty basic BETA kernel compiled up and by default I tend
to turn DIAGNOSTIC on. Inevitably after 1-2 days I get panic's in lockmgr with

lockmgr: using decommisioned lock

This didn't occur on ALPHA nor does it occur on my current machine.

Someone with better knowledge than myself with regards to lockmgr will have
to debug this.

On ftp.netbsd.org in ~jmc/beta-panic are:

dmesg (dmesg output)
QUIX (kernel config)
netbsd.* (stripped and gdb kernel, plus crash dump)

>How-To-Repeat:
Compile up a BETA kernel and turn on DIAGNOSTIC and wait.
>Fix:
Unknown (can obviously prevent the panic's by disabling DIAGNOSTIC).
