        Yes, this is all one problem... (I sending these all separately would be quite annoying)
        1.  All the references to other manpages at the bottom of the send-pr 
            manpage are dead.  There is no edit-pr, gnats, mkdist, etc... on either 1.4.1 or
	    1.5_ALPHA
        2.  the manpage could use a link to the web page
        3.  neither the manpage nor webpage tell me whether I need to put anything
            in the subject field (does it get automatically generated from the synopsis field?)
        4.  since send-pr doesn't have a "view final" option, there's no way for me to test #3
            before I send a pr
