	The Bind Operator's Guide isn't being installed into
	/usr/share/doc/smm/10.named, which is a real pain for naive
	sysadmins who need better docs than the man pages.

	Look and observe that we aren't installing it.

	Import the documentation into dist/bind (or undelete it -- I'm not
	sure if it was imported) and rig the build system so it does
	the same thing the way that vi and csh and lots of other
	things do.
