>Release: 1.4.2 & 1.4.1
>Organization:
Nemostar Pty Ltd
>Environment:
NetBSD alpha 1.4.1 NetBSD 1.4.1 (GENERIC) #1: Tue Aug 10 00:03:09 MEST 1999 fvdl@struis:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC i386
>Description:
Installing (upgrading to 1.4.2) on i386, Pentium-133, 32MB RAM with 5 attached SCSI fixed disks.

When the install (upgrade/reinstall) attempts to fsck all SCSI disks it fails on the 4th SCSI disk.

>How-To-Repeat:
Restart the install
>Fix:
Workaround: disconnect the 4th & 5th disks.

Solution: rebuild installer to have greater number of SCSI disks (probably require an increase in inodes). I attempted to use a MAKEDEV script to build sd3 & sd4 and ran out of inodes.
