System: NetBSD orchard.arlington.ma.us 1.4.1 NetBSD 1.4.1 (ORCHARDII) #60: Sat Oct 9 22:18:23 EDT 1999 root@:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/ORCHARDII i386

>Description:
if _CURSES_USE_MACROS is undefined, curses.h does not declare a
prototype for waddstr. this causes the build of usr.bin/systat to
	blow up.

>How-To-Repeat:
on -current system, do a "make build"

>Fix:
workaround: define _CURSES_USE_MACROS in systat makefile..
