	Installation of xlincity package fails.  The compilation of the system
	fails on a missing Imake.tmpl.
>How-To-Repeat:
	Install the system.

>Fix:
	There is a new version of xlincity that now compiles clean after
	a ./configure.  The only change required is to change the 
	/usr/local reference in the config.cache to /usr/pkg.
