>Description:
I've run across a couple of files that, when retrieved by ftp
have absurd timestamps. See below for a particular example.

>How-To-Repeat:
	ftp ftp.gbnet.net
	cd pub/mutt-international
	get mutt-1.0.1.tar.gz.asc
	bye
	ls -l mutt-1.0.1.tar.gz.asc
	  yields:

	  -rw-r--r-- 1 ... ... - 460 Dec 14 1909 mutt-1.0.1.tar.gz.asc

	The ftp "dir" command yields:
	  -r--r--r-- 1 ftp-own ftp-own 460 Jan 18 22:55 mutt-1.0.1.tar.gz.asc
	which is much more reasonable.

>Fix:
Don't know. It's possible the problem lies at the other end, but
it's probably worthwhile to see if our ftp client is at fault or
can work around a bug at the other end.
