System: NetBSD realms.nimenees.com 1.4P NetBSD 1.4P (REALMS) #4: Thu Jan 13 00:43:39 CST 2000 root@realms.nimenees.com:/usr/build/REALMS i386

>Description:
Attempting to use the card appears to probe correctly:
tlp0 at pci0 dev 9 function 0: Lite-On 82C169 Ethernet, pass 2.0
tlp0: interrupting at irq 11
tlp0: Ethernet address 00:a0:cc:55:c7:28
ukphy0 at tlp0 phy 1: Generic IEEE 802.3u media interface
ukphy0: OUI 0x001018, model 0x0021, rev. 2
ukphy0: 10baseT, 10baseT-FDX, 100baseTX, 100baseTX-FDX, auto
tlp0: supplying EUI64: 00:a0:cc:ff:fe:55:c7:28

But trying to configure an address on it causes "stray interrupt 7"
messages.
It seems to be transmitting but can't receive anything.
The card's not broken: it works fine under windows.
>How-To-Repeat:
	install card.
	ifconfig tlp0 inet <foo> netmask <bar>
	try communication and fail.
