Things that source /usr/pkg/lib/tcl8.0/tclConfig.sh to obtain its
information have problems becuase the shell variables values include
shell variables within single-quotes.
For example:
TCL_DBGX=
...
TCL_LIB_SPEC='-L/usr/pkg/lib -ltcl80${TCL_DBGX}'
