>Description:
Mg (mg) is a Public Domain EMACS style editor. It is "broadly"
compatible with GNU Emacs. Mg was formerly named MicroGnuEmacs.

Mg is not associated with the GNU project.

Documentation of Mg is in the TeX file mg.tex. This should be
formatted with the TeX text formatter and printed.

This program is intended to be a small, fast, and portable editor for
people who can't (or don't want to) run real Emacs.

The NetBSD version has a few minor cosmetic changes, and one
enhancement --- better locating of the startup file (mg.rc).
A similarly small and fast MSDOS version is available at
ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/simtelnet/msdos/editor/mg2a_exe.zip.

>How-To-Repeat:
please include the contents of the file mg2a-1.00.tar.gz into the pkgsrc
distribution. It is on the following ftp site:

comet.lbl.gov
outgoing/refling/mg2a-1.00.tar.gz
