machine A:
pcic0 at isa0 port 0x3e0-0x3e1 iomem 0xd0000-0xd3fff: using irq 3
pcic0: controller 0 (Intel 82365SL Revision 1) has sockets A and B

machine B:
pcic0 at pci0 dev 24 function 0: Cirrus Logic PD6729 PCMCIA controller
pcic0: controller 0 (Cirrus PD672X) has sockets A and B
pcic0: interrupting at irq 3

both A and B have this problem.

	PCMCIA cards are power on/off too many times during probe/attach.
	Such a frequent power cycle might damage the devices,
	especially PCMCIA hard disks.

>How-To-Repeat:
	 1. Boot kernel,
	 2. insert a PCMCIA ATA hard disk card,
	 3. the power is on and off three times.

	 2. boot kernel,
	 3. the power is on and off six times.
