Make packages does not use system CFLAGS variable, defined in
/usr/share/mk/ (usually -O2).  Sometimes it is convinient to
change this variable to something else, either by changing
/usr/share/mk/ or making a package with, for example
'make install CFLAGS=-O6'.



Please, fetch the following file
and apply changes described there to into the packages source tree.
Note, that some package sources may change since I created this
document, so it might be obsolete for them.
